They're friendly and efficient and helped alot especially when I've packed something badly which is often. This has been my experience. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Store is filthy and service is terrible. They lost three of our packages in one day! They took no responsibility and were rude about it. They said that they were just “customers” of UPS like us and that they were NOT responsible and there was nothing they can do. Funny part is that the packages were lost in their store! They never made it to the UPS truck. Stay away if care about your package!By A Google User, September 28, 2016
